Barbara Bennett

Director

Barbara is the Administrative Services Director for the Office of Teaching and Technology Support Services. She began her journey at the University of Florida in 1999 as a part-time clerk, gaining valuable experience in various areas of Finance and Accounting and the College of Medicine before transitioning to the Office of Teaching and Technology in 2013.

In her role, Barbara plays a key part in supporting the Associate Provost with HR and Financial responsibilities across multiple departments, including UF Online, Marketing and Academic Support, Flexible Learning, Dual Enrollment, Operational Services, the Center for Online and Innovative Production, Data Analytics, and Professional and Workforce Development. She provides academic support and ensures fiscal compliance for the university's Educational Auxiliary Funds, enabling students worldwide to access elite and affordable education.
