The Office of Teaching and Technology Support Services is responsible for personnel and financial oversight for the Associate Provost, The Office of Teaching and Technology; UF Online, Professional and Workforce Development, Flexible Learning, Dual Enrollment, Marketing and Admission Support, Operational Services, Center for Online Innovation and Production, and Data and Analytics, developing and monitoring of administrative support budgets and auxiliary funds and serving as the HR liaison for all staff within the units reporting to the Office of Teaching and Technology.
Teaching and Technology Support Services also has fiduciary responsibility for all University of Florida conferences, events, and academic self-funded educational auxiliary opportunities, credit and non-credit; ensuring compliance with relevant federal, state, and university rules and regulations and adherence to the university’s business procedures, serving as a single point of contact facilitating the approval for new self-funded programs across campus, academic integrity, internal and legislative audits regarding UF Online, Educational Auxiliaries, and Office of Professional and Workforce Development managed programs.

Barbara is the Administrative Services Director for the Office of Teaching and Technology Support Services. She began her journey at the University of Florida in 1999 as a part-time clerk, gaining valuable experience in various areas of Finance and Accounting and the College of Medicine before transitioning to the Office of Teaching and Technology in 2013.
In her role, Barbara plays a key part in supporting the Associate Provost with HR and Financial responsibilities across multiple departments, including UF Online, Marketing and Academic Support, Flexible Learning, Dual Enrollment, Operational Services, the Center for Online and Innovative Production, Data Analytics, and the Office of Professional and Workforce Development. She provides academic support and ensures fiscal compliance for the university's Educational Auxiliary Funds, enabling students worldwide to access elite and affordable education.

Nadav joined the Office of Teaching and Technology Support Services as the Associate Director of Administrative Services in 2023. He began working at UF in 2011 in the Office for Student Financial Aid and Scholarships (SFA) before transitioning to Assistant Director for Finance at UF Online in 2018. Nadav is a double Gator, earning a BA in Sociology and an MBA from UF. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, trying new foods, watching movies, and reading books.

Chris supports the self-funded academic programs across UF and coordinates services between the university’s preferred online proctoring vendors. He also facilitates the online distance learning fee process supporting all online, for credit programs and courses with billing and student support-related services. Chris earned a B.S. in Telecommunication and an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction with a Specialization in Educational Technology from the University of Florida. Prior to beginning his education at UF he served in the U.S. Army. He has worked for UF since 1997.
Griffin started at the University of Florida as a student in 2005, earning a bachelor's degree in criminology with a minor in business. He began his career at UF in 2011 with the Student Financial Aid office before supporting the College of Pharmacy as an Administrative Assistant and Team Lead. He joined the office of Teaching and Technology in July 2025 as a Human Resources Specialist II.
Griffin supports all HR functions for staff reporting to the Associate Provost for Teaching and Technology, including recruitment, onboarding, position management, and policy guidance. Outside of work, Griffin is a certified self-defense instructor, enjoys watching movies and is a regular blood donor. He and his lovely wife married in 2022, and together they have two dogs and a cat.

David joined the Office of Teaching and Technology Support Services in 2026. In his role, David manages the daily fiscal administrative functions needed to support units reporting to the Associate Provost for the Office of Teaching and Technology, including the Center for Online Innovation and Production, UF Online, the Office of Professional and Workforce Development, Operations Services and Assistant Provost and Sr. Director. David is a double Gator, earning a B.S. in Recreation, Parks, & Tourism and an M.S. in Sport Management from UF. He began working for the University in 2007. Outside of work, David enjoys traveling, sampling the local food scene in Gainesville, and the daily suffering which comes from being a fan of Arsenal F.C, the Atlanta Braves, and the aforementioned Florida Gators.

Ciera joined the Office of Teaching and Technology Support Services as a Financial Analyst II in 2025. In her role, Ciera supports the Office of Teaching and Technology by assisting with the University of Florida's educational auxiliary funds through audits, journal entries, transaction approvals, and reconciliations. She earned her MBA in 2024 and has worked in various finance-focused roles prior to her time at UF. Outside of work, Ciera loves spending time with family, photography, and traveling.
